Do you supply air conditioning for home or offices?

Yes, with over 16 years experience in Air Conditioning and refrigeration we can support and supply air conditioning systems for the home, office or industrial use.

Do you service Dometic systems?

Nauticool is one of the leading service centres for Dometic products, our in house engineering and workshop team work with Dometic products on a daily basis with access to 1000’s of spare parts.

My fridge is not cooling?

A fridge not cooling could be caused by a number of issues, all fridges needs a good air flow around the back of the unit to ensure the air is changing on a regular basis, there should be a vent of some sort to allow fresh air to be drawn through the space behind the fridge. If all air flow is okay, it may be low on refrigerant or have a leak, speak to us to see if you can send the fridge in for repair or a service call out.

Do your engineers travel?

Yes we travel, our customers are all over the world and we can arrange our engineers to visit a system globally through a planned visit. For more ad hoc call outs we cover most of the UK with a focus on the South coast for our best availability. View our service and travel rates here.

I am not sure which products i need?

Air Conditioning and pumps can be complicated to specify, if you have a new project contact us and we can help you design your order to spec. If you are replacing like for like – send us a data plate of your current systems we can match our quote to this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use a variety of couriers and shipping agents to ship our products from small spares to multi pallet orders across the world. With customers from Asia to America we have shipments leaving our workshop and warehouse on a daily basis. Please ask the team for a quote for shipping of your order.

Which payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our online invoicing system. We also accept bank transfers in GBP, USD and Euro – please ensure the invoice you are paying matches the currency bank you are paying into otherwise there are payment transfer fees due.

Do you offer an annual service program?

No problem! We offer scalable solutions that can be tailored to meet your specific needs and systems to build a service program which can be paid up front or via a direct debit over the year.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom, however we do have many of our fridge products on demo at our Poole Office, feel free to contact us to discuss if we have the product you are looking for in the office.

Do you supply spare parts?

Yes we have access to 1,000’s of spare parts for Dometic, Gianneschi and many other brands. We keep a number of spares and consumables in stock in the UK and have a wider access to spares from the factory.
